More than 30 years of experience
DEC OGECO is the alliance of two Belgian engineering and consultancy companies which are active in the design, study and implementation of industrial projects. Sharing their technical expertise, the two entities benefit from the same infrastructures and the same resources as well as more than 30 years of experience.
The teams are made up of engineers, designers, supervisors and technicians with extensive skill in the fields of liquefied gases and energies.
Their Clients can rely on their know-how and the expertise of project managers who have actively participated in the completion of numerous projects around the world.

With a recognized international presence, significant assets and a turnover of more than 20 million euro, DEC OGECO has real development potential, while remaining a family entity with human values.

DEC OGECO also plays an important role in the fight against deforestation and climate change. Over the last ten years, we have contributed to the implementation of more than 50 projects around the world which have led to the use of bottled gas (LPG) as a replacement for firewood or charcoal, which is equivalent to saving more than half a million trees.

More than 30 years of experience in Management, Engineering, Design, Procurement and Construction works in the field of Oil and Gas projects worldwide. Mainly in LPG sector.
As Project Director & General Manager, he managed many LPG turn-key contracts in Belgium, Tunisia, Algeria, Vietnam, Bangladesh, Nigeria, etc. He has been appointed with DEC as Consultant for many LPG import terminal all over the world. He continues to be deeply involved in a lot of technical projects in Asia, Europe and Africa.
He is the main shareholder of the companies DEC and OGECO.
BRUNO ZECCHINON

Electro-Mechanical Engineer, Process – SCADA System -LP Gas Expert – Management
More than 10 years of experience in engineering in various projects in the energy sector.
Bruno started his career as designer for LPG storage and distribution terminal. His design experience covers gas process network including all utilities, safety system and electrical network. His experience was completed by project management and some works at site including commissioning at end of projects.
After the global project coordination as Project Director, he is currently Managing Director focus on the day-to-day management, project following, and internal company.
He is the shareholder of the companies DEC and OGECO.
BERNARD BRUYERE
– DEPUTY MANAGING DIRECTOR –
Chemical Engineer, Product Distribution Expert – Contract – Commercial
More than 30 years of experience in Engineering, Turnkey projects in the fields of Oil & Gas and Environment: solid waste & waste water treatment plants, Cogeneration units, Oil & Gas storage and distribution projects worldwide; mainly LPG in the past decade.
Acting first as Project Manager, with daily management, from project kick-off meeting up to final acceptance certificate, including project execution planning, call for tender, orders, change orders, expedition, erection follow up & commissioning.
Then, as Contract and Commercial Manager, he is taking care of contracts negotiation with Clients, Partners and local Subcontractors, mainly in Oil and Gas sector.
He is the Deputy Managing Director and an active commercial leader of the compagnies DEC and OGECO
